2. Description of Service

Ping is a push notification service that allows users to send notifications to their iOS devices via webhook endpoints. The Service includes a mobile application, web dashboard, and API.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must sign in with your Apple ID. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Keeping your webhook URLs confidential

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or notifications to third parties
  • Transmit malicious content, malware, or phishing attempts
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

  • 3 channels
  • 1,000 messages per month
  • 7-day message retention

Pro Plan

  • Unlimited channels
  • Unlimited messages
  • 90-day message retention
  • Interactive actions

6. Payment Terms

Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Stripe (for web subscriptions). By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Apple's or Stripe's payment terms and conditions

Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy for App Store purchases, or our refund policy for web subscriptions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ping and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Push notifications will be delivered instantly or at all
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ping and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
